About Showdown Pickleball League

Showdown Pickleball League (SPL) is a team based amateur pickleball league built to bring competitive, organized pickleball to local communities. Starting in Greenville, South Carolina, SPL is designed for players who want more than just open play and random tournaments. We are creating a league where players represent their city, compete alongside teammates, build rivalries, and become part of a true team environment.

SPL combines the fast growing excitement of pickleball with the structure and identity of traditional team sports. Every season features organized teams, weekly matches, standings, playoffs, custom branding, and team uniforms that give players something to rally behind. Whether you are an experienced tournament player or a rising competitor looking for your next challenge, SPL gives players a platform to compete, improve, and represent their community.

Our goal is simple: make amateur pickleball feel professional, accessible, and community driven. We believe local players deserve organized leagues that create meaningful competition while still maintaining the welcoming culture that makes pickleball special.

The inaugural season launches in Greenville, with new cities, regions, and divisions being added each season as the league continues to grow.
